We are a locally owned and operated Early Childhood Education Center looking for passionate, talented teachers to help our students grow and create an amazing learning environment! We are looking for Bilingual, Spanish-speaking qualified teachers. Our program serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
Lead teachers are expected to create lesson plans, communicate daily with parents, collaborate with teachers in the room and neighboring classrooms, and be an amazing role model for all, exercising patience and compassion for all students.

As a member of our teaching staff, you will:
- Ensure all policies and procedures to keep the children healthy and safe are being implemented.
- Create activities and opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration and problem solving appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of children.
- Assist and supervise children during all activities.
- Prepare and implement classroom lesson plans, programs, and schedules.
- Interact with parents and maintain open communication to encourage family engagement
- Collaborate with other passionate teachers to implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Intervene when needed to maintain safety, while respecting children’s interests.
- Encourage and model social behavior and expectations that are developmentally appropriate

Lead Teacher Minimum Job Requirements
- Passionate about working with children with a positive and patient demeanor
- Must be at least 18 years old
Early Childhood Lead Teacher Qualifications (only ONE option is necessary)
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education OR related degree (i.e., psychology courses related to childhood, and/or 6 semester hours in courses related directly to childcare) OR
- 30 semester hours from an accredited college/university, including 6 semester hours in courses related to childcare, AND 1 year (1560 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed daycare center. OR
- Child Development Associates (CDA)
AND/OR School-Age Lead Teacher Qualifications (only ONE option is necessary)
- 30 semester hours from an accredited college, WITH 6 semester hours in courses directly related to school-age childcare, child development, elementary education, physical education, or other related fields
- 6 semester hours in courses directly related to school-age childcare, child development, elementary education, physical education, or other related fields, AND one year (1560 clock hours) of experience in a recreational program or licensed daycare center serving school-age children, OR a license-exempt school-age childcare program operated by a public or private school
- High school diploma AND two years (3120 clock hours) of experience in a recreational program or licensed daycare center serving school-age children OR a license-exempt school-age childcare program operated by a public or private school
