Summary: This position is responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet CAOM's needs. Provides recommendations for systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness. Role will be 100% onsite in Livonia, MI

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Business Analytics, Including: Working closely with business users, technical resources, and developers providing support by analyzing system issues or defects, coordinating data fixes, and recommending, implementing, and coordinating solutions. Conducting cost/benefit analyses. Defining requirements to meet functional business needs for CAOM; documents existing business processes in order to define current business activities for the development of procedures and models.
  • System Utilization, Including: Review existing computer systems to understand capabilities, scheduling, and workflow limitations, and suggests recommendations, including upgrades to and purchasing of new equipment or software. Develops test plans, coordinates, and performs software testing. Implements all new system software, including conversion of data, and works with application support personnel to resolve system problems
  • IT Support, Including: Provide application support to the operations team, provide basic computer/hardware support, and provide technical support.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be fluent in C#, SQL Server programming, ASP.NET, Web Forms and JavaScript. Experience in AJAX, MVC, Jira and SSRS .
  • Advanced knowledge of personal computer, including MS-Excel or related analytical software. Ability to perform complex tasks requiring the use of a variety of software. Exposure to an office environment and equipment.
  • Ability to document and design software enhancement.
  • Working knowledge of all internally developed Windows and web applications.
  • Basic skills in database design and tuning.
  • Collaborative, positive, energetic team player. Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills. Good judgement and business acumen.
  • Motivated, self-directed work ethic, willing to aggressively pursue individual and team goals.

Salary starts at $65,800/year and is commensurate based on experience.
