Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Pest Control Service Expert. We encourage applications from individuals with backgrounds in various blue-collar industries such as construction, landscaping, customer service, and more. If you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we will equip you with the training needed for success! You will be responsible for inspecting and applying pest control treatments to both residential and commercial properties using high-quality, environmentally sound products. Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service and professionalism while managing a daily service schedule.

$18 - $19 per hour Sign-on Bonus:
$500 for licensed candidates Responsibilities Enter/exterior spaces, navigate crawl spaces, and utilize stairs and ladders. Provide top-tier customer service to effectively resolve pest challenges. Interpret pesticide labels and accurately mix products based on area specifications and required quantities. Document work activities and complete necessary paperwork post-service. Execute residential pest management routes with a focus on exceptional customer service and efficiency. Conduct comprehensive duties related to pest/mosquito/termite management, including customer consultations, inspections, condition assessments, and treatment applications. Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, gas card, and other job-related tools. Address customer inquiries and pest concerns using integrated pest management strategies. Experience & Other Requirements Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check is required. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Pest control experience preferred. Comfortable working around various pests. Experience in physical labor and outdoor conditions. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks including bending, reaching, and crouching.
