Role:
The EPLAN Application Engineer will support the Professional Services organization as the technical trusted advisor to educational institutions and distribution partners, providing industry experience with practical solutions using the EPLAN platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support Sales teams during pre-sale activities to maximize opportunities.
Onboard new and existing customers, enabling them to utilize EPLAN through theoretical and practical training.
Create training and enablement materials for distribution networks.
Conduct onsite coaching and consulting to develop customer proficiency with EPLAN products.
Represent the company at trade shows and local events to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
At least 2 years of experience with CAE tools for electrical design, specifically EPLAN.
Inquisitive, honest, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to connect and promote ideas, products, and services.
Experience with system integration, manufacturing, and working with higher education institutions.
IT skills including network solutions, Windows Server, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, networking, and business acumen skills.
Team-oriented with good collaboration with regional sales and market management.
Additional Information:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US; we do not sponsor visas.
Willing to travel up to 50%.
Hours: Monday to Friday.
Remote work is supported (#LI-Remote).
