Job Summary:
The Part-Time Hallway Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of guest corridors, stairwells, and service areas throughout the resort. This role supports the housekeeping team by removing trash and soiled linens, restocking supply closets, and ensuring public and service hallways remain polished, clutter-free, and guest-ready at all times. As a guest-facing role, the Hallway Specialist contributes directly to the resort's luxury standards and brand image.
Job Specifications:
Onsite: Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time Pay Rate: $16 - $17/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, elevator foyers, and service corridors by vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. Remove soiled linens, trash, and debris from guestroom hallways and service carts. Restock and organize housekeeping closets with linens, towels, and supplies. Assist room attendants by transporting heavy or bulky items as needed. Ensure guest corridors remain clutter-free by relocating trays, carts, or supplies. Report maintenance concerns, lost & found items, and safety hazards promptly. Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests when in public-facing areas. Assist with periodic deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or polishing fixtures. Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred (for operating resort vehicles including golf carts).
