We are looking for a Solution Architect to join the CRM and Identity Tribe, a cross-functional team responsible for shaping Globe Telecomʼs customer engagement and digital identity capabilities.

This includes driving architecture for CRM systems, SIM registration, and secure, seamless customer interactions across channels.

You will play a pivotal role in designing secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions that unify customer journeys and support regulatory compliance.

Your Day in the Life at your Role Design & Develop solutions

across CRM, Identity, and SIM Registration platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and user-centricity. This includes creation of high-level designs HLD and low-level designs LLD) from the architecture blueprint, use of reusable assets from Centers of Enablement C4E , and co-design user-centric experience interfaces. Lead cloud-native solution designs

on GCP and/or AWS, leveraging managed services, cost-efficient patterns, and multi-region architectures. Collaborate and partner

with engineering leads, product owners, and security teams to embed DevSecOps principles, automation, and performance optimization. Evaluate and define

architectural guidelines and patterns, and ensure delivery squads align with enterprise and tribe-level architecture vision. Innovate and implement systems that support a 360° customer view, identity federation, and compliance-driven workflows (e.g., SIM registration). What You Bring to the Table Mandatory Skills and Experience: At least 15 years of total experience and with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture.

Experience in

CRM platforms and Case Management solutions.

Familiarity with

Identity Management, SIM Registration systems, or SCV (Single Customer View) implementations.

Hands-on architecture and development background in cloud platforms

(GCP or AWS) , including IAM, networking, and cost-aware multi-region design.

Strong experience in Java, Python, and Spring Boot , with deep understanding of microservices and distributed system design.

Expertise in REST API design, including security, governance, and third-party integration best practices.

Solid background with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.

Preferred Attributes: Understanding of digital identity patterns such as identity federation, SSO, and customer profile unification.

Skilled in designing for privacy, data protection, and compliance (e.g., SIM registration laws, data residency).

Familiarity with frontend-backend patterns (e.g., React integration), for omnichannel CRM and identity experiences.

Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business and regulatory needs.
