Lead HackerOne development of data capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap partnering with Design & Engineering to bring unique security insights to customers based on HackerOne’s vulnerability datasets. Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to discern customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on data capabilities. Refine and mature existing HackerOne platform data capabilities, such as Analytics and Reporting, Benchmarks, and Recommendations. Develop and apply expertise in security analytics and vulnerability management to create product experiences that customers and hackers love, including through the application of AI across LLM and ML. Evangelize the value of HackerOne’s data-powered security insights internally and externally as a subject matter expert via customer and prospect calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, the application of AI capabilities, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and positioning HackerOne as a market leader. Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies. Proven track record of developing products/platforms in high-growth businesses with cross-functional collaboration and leadership across R&D and GTM functions. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends. Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields; MBA or data science-related Masters preferred. Direct product management experience in cybersecurity areas such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, and application security. Domain experience with security research/red teaming/bug bounty programs, including methods, tools, and testing types. Experience delivering data-led product value, especially with AI (LLM/ML). Experience leading product development for cloud or managed services; experience with multi-product platformization is a plus. Compensation

San Francisco: $180K – $225K; Seattle, Austin, DC, Boston: $162K – $202K. Offers Equity. Benefits
