The Head Sommelier serves as the Wine Manager for Crown Club under the direction of the Wine Director. The Wine Manager oversees the Crown Club’s wine program, assists in curating the wine list, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal wine service and cost control. Wine Program Management

Develop, maintain, and update the wine, spirits, and beverage list, balancing iconic producers with emerging ones. Select and purchase wines, managing inventory, storage, and cost controls. Ensure wine cellars are organized, properly stocked, and meet financial goals. Required Skills And Qualifications

A certification from a recognized wine institution, such as the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) or Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responding to emails, phone calls, and any associated administrative work corresponding with role responsibilities. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred Benefits
