Human Resource Specialist
to join our team. This position aligns resources and services to deliver customized Insperity HR service solutions that improve performance management and positively impact our clients’ business. The role collaborates with client management and key decision makers to build meaningful relationships and provide guidance as a trusted HR Business Partner. Responsibilities
Manages a book of business by contributing to clients’ overall success and growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention. Advises client management and key decision makers with knowledge of employee relations, legislation interpretation and application, benefits, wage and hour, and performance management and development. Collaborates with client management on alignment of HR business strategy and goals. Consults on HR-related issues, suggests new HR strategies, and provides HR guidance when appropriate. Evaluates and anticipates HR-related needs and strategizes with client management on HR-related needs. Analyzes trends to develop compliant solutions, programs, and policies to mitigate risk. Cultivates relationships across internal and client partners to deliver value-added service and solutions. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees; coordinates with internal support teams (DE&I, FLSA, background screening, benefits, COEs). Delivers performance management guidance including conflict resolution, coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions. Improves work relationships, morale, and teamwork to enhance employee retention. Delivers HR policy guidance, interpretation, and best-practice recommendations. Provides input on organizational structure and workforce/succession planning. Identifies training needs for client management to ensure objectives are met. Engages with client management to understand evolving organizational strategy and goals. Documents all client interactions in appropriate client management systems and databases. Participates in the accomplishment of Insperity company goals and supports colleagues as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by the department supervisor and participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Two to five years of related HR experience. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Knowledge of HR best practices and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Strong customer service skills in a team environment and solid business acumen. Adaptive, resilient, and able to negotiate and influence positive outcomes. Strong time management, detail orientation, and ability to multi-task and prioritize. Project management experience managing multiple projects. Effective written and verbal communication across all levels of an organization. Problem solving and decision making skills; proficient in designing and delivering presentations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other applications as needed. Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation depends on factors including skill set, experience, and location. The pay range for this role is: Pay transparency range: $68,160 - $77,580.
