The Transformation Office PMO Director will lead the high-impact

nDEHP program

and other strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing Vantive’s integrated supply chain, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation globally. This Director-level role requires a seasoned program leader with deep experience in manufacturing operations, R&D collaboration, and enterprise transformation. The position is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, resolving issues, and implementing changes across the organization. Additionally, the Director will coach and mentor cross-functional core team members to build project management capabilities enterprise-wide. Responsibilities

Lead the nDEHP program, a global initiative with a mid-2028 delivery target in EMEA, followed by global deployment. Drive alignment and coordination across Global Operations, R&D, and Strategy to ensure program milestones are met. Design and maintain integrated program plans, including cost estimation models and resource allocation frameworks. Facilitate stakeholder negotiations to secure commitments and ensure strategic alignment. Convert executive vision into detailed program scope, structure, and execution plans. Research and apply industry trends and internal insights to identify innovative approaches and technologies. Collaborate with business and technology teams to evaluate and implement optimal solutions. Identify and communicate project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation and contingency plans. Lead joint planning sessions to synchronize efforts across business units and maintain lifecycle alignment. Maintain continuous engagement with all functions and management levels to ensure transparent communication. Oversee program resources, timelines, and stakeholder interactions to ensure delivery excellence. Resolve escalated issues and proactively manage risks to maintain program momentum. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program health and impact. Deliver monthly executive-level updates on progress, risks, and strategic outcomes. Anticipate and address potential conflicts across the program portfolio, fostering collaborative resolutions. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, transformation leadership, or program management. Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs with R&D integration. Deep understanding of manufacturing and R&D processes, technologies, and best practices. Advanced project management capabilities, including strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities. Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary for this position is $184,000 to $253,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and long-term incentive. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
