Overview

The Technical Project Manager II is a highly motivated person with the ability to drive technology projects through their life-cycle, ensuring technical solutions are sound and aligned to business goals. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects through all stages of the implementation process. The Technical Project Manager II is a professional who can anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts. We seek a sound communicator who can link developers and business units to ensure high levels of quality and timelines of projects' implementations and someone who can write SQL queries fluently. Responsibilities

Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our teams through proper troubleshooting and prioritization methods, as well as coordination and communication between the clients and the internal team. Ensure high-quality customer service and address and maintain frequent and proactive contact with the clients. Bridge client requirements with solutions to meet the need. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to work well under tight timelines and strong problem-solving capabilities. Develop requirements, budgets, and schedules for software development projects. Facilitate requirements meetings, peer review sessions, and status meetings with clients and project team. Establish milestones, anticipate issues, and monitor adherence to project scope, requirements and design documents, schedules, and the CSSC software development process. Ensure project completion on time and within budget, with high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with the CSSC Technical Project Management team to share best practices, resolve project issues, and allocate staff according to skills and project needs. Maintain client relations and communications, including status reporting and informal conversations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 1+ years of experience Experience applying best practices in software development lifecycle, including waterfall and Agile methodologies, web-based infrastructure, and data-driven systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to learn SQL Proven ability to understand technical concepts, data relationships, and software configuration Excellent documentation and communication skills, strong team-oriented attitude, proactive and detail-oriented Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus Why Work With Us?
