Job Title: 1st & 2nd shift Production Associate $19-$20.50/HR
Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to the production and assembly of conveyor rollers used in high-speed packaging machines. We seek a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for organization and flexibility to contribute to our fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Manage general production processes ensuring efficiency and quality.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and availability of materials.
Assemble parts in accordance with specified guidelines to maintain product integrity.
Coordinate shipping operations utilizing shipping software for smooth delivery execution.
Package and label products accurately for distribution.
Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as required, especially after regular shift hours.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in general production and assembly processes.
Experience with inventory management and shipping software.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail-oriented mindset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Flexibility to adapt to varying responsibilities and after-hours work.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
