About the Role Works in collaboration with Field Marketing and Brand Marketing and cross-functionally with the Sales Teams to proactively assist in managing and developing plans and tools to generate demand and achieve the annual performance plan.
Key Responsibilities
Provides prompt follow-up on incoming marketing requests to foster a cohesive, professional, and collaborative relationship with Field Marketing, Brand, and Sales.
Supports the creation of Field Marketing digital selling tools, presentation materials and communications.
Incorporates key fact-based insights in sell sheets, decks, and communication pieces.
Leads the development of compelling POS materials that raise awareness and drive sales at retail.
Represents brand marketing objectives, strategies and national plans and helps to ensure Sales Team alignment.
Assists in the development and execution of luxury brand plans at the division, region and account level.
Implements program set-up and implementation for News America and Vestcom.
Plans, develops, manages, executes and evaluates annual marketing at the division, region and account level.
Manages priorities to meet tight deadlines and align stakeholders, while addressing competitive challenges.
About You
Must be at least 21 years old.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and wine certifications (WSET) preferred.
3+ years of progressive experience in Field, Trade, Customer Marketing or similar in CPG or adult beverage industries; experience with luxury brands is a plus.
Ability to understand big picture and translate into programming; creatively drive market execution.
Ability to proactively drive projects with urgency alongside Sales, brand teams and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of selling and marketing brands within the alcoholic beverage category; experience in Trade or Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing and/or Sales.
Business acumen and analytical skills; ability to align work with strategic goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver impactful presentations.
Ability to develop programs and materials to meet sales and stakeholder needs.
Ability to prioritize a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholder groups.
Innovative mindset with a bias toward improvement and creativity.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $86,500-$91,000 per year plus benefits. The actual compensation offered will depend on qualifications, skills, experience, location, and market data. If the incumbent works outside Napa, the wage rate may vary.
