Angel City Football Club . Under the direction of the Sporting Director, the Head of Recruitment will be responsible for helping drive and manage talent identification, scouting, player evaluation, and player acquisition for Angel City FC. In collaboration with the designated heads of departments (Head Coach, Operations, Medical & Performance, Strategy & Analytics), this position will assist in developing scouting processes, including data, intelligence, and video scouting, as well as the development of a global scouting network aligned with ACFC's sporting strategy. The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for the maintenance of a scouting database and club depth charts, providing detailed reports to key stakeholders, and providing a data-driven approach to scouting and recruitment on behalf of the club. Responsibilities
Align with and develop tactics aligned to ACFC's recruitment strategy Create and deliver a comprehensive player identification and evaluation system, including detailed, evidence-based positional profiles aligned to club playing principles, depth charts, and player grading systems, video and live observation of players Work with the Technical Director to develop scouting templates and procedures supporting Angel City's style and philosophy Manage resources around three core areas of intelligence gathering: video, data, and intel Develop scouting networks and processes across all relevant markets, delivering regular, consistent, and reliable reporting of players from initial identification to final confirmation Build close working relationships with internal personnel, coaches, staff, and agents to gather intel on potential targets and the scouting strategy of opponents Build compelling business cases for delivery to ACFC Football Management Team, considering existing and new roster construction strategies and current roster needs Qualifications and Experiences
5+ years of experience in elite soccer talent identification and/or technical teams Collaborative, team-driven, and goal-based environment Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and team leadership Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent multitasking with ability to maintain complete confidentiality Strong professional presence to represent ACFC internally and externally High EQ and ability to communicate critical information with senior leadership and sporting stakeholders (e.g., Sporting Director, Technical Director, Head Coach) Market expert in NCAA women's soccer is preferable Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred but not required ACFC Perks & Benefits

In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay range between $170,000 - $185,000 annually.
