The Associate performs a wide range of complex analytical and high-level support functions. With limited supervision, this position applies analytical skills to provide consistent data and reporting support for the Corporate Banking Group. This role may provide oversight of Analysts and the Commercial Associate Program (CAP) to ensure the production of a high quality work product. Manages and maintains models and presentation materials so they are accurate and up-to-date and meet the needs of the team. Develop industry knowledge and transaction support for the Corporate Banking team in a given group or industry vertical. Responsible for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and following policies and procedures. Always strive to do the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensure actions drive a positive customer experience. Operate within the Bank's risk appetite while identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Build and understand complex financial models. Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight. Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant software programs. Understand capital structures and capital market trends and apply them to client needs. Support execution of Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) advisory transactions. Complete credit and financial statement analysis independently. Coordinate with product partners to develop integrated financing solutions and pitch materials for clients. Work well as part of a team in a high-stress environment. Develop good working relationships with peers, product partners and senior bankers; manage priorities while working on multiple high-priority opportunities. Supervisory Responsibilities

No direct reports; incumbent provides oversight and direction for Analysts and Commercial Leadership Program participants. Minimum Knowledge & Skills Required

Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred. 3 - 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking. Strong credit underwriting and corporate banking skills. Strong analytic skills and working knowledge of financial modeling. Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written. Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 required. The base salary is reflective of the range for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries vary based on role, relevant skillset, experience, education, and location. This role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with payment based on company, line of business, and/or individual performance.
