Collaborator – Team up with psychologists, therapists, and educators to design holistic care plans. Leader – Mentor and supervise medical staff, shape program culture, and help raise the bar for excellence. Educator & Innovator – Influence residency education, lead quality-improvement initiatives, and drive policies that change lives. Academic Partner – Earn a Johns Hopkins faculty appointment (Instructor through Professor, depending on experience). We believe in investing in the people who invest in our mission: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits Tuition remission perks (dependents at any college; coursework at Hopkins + Peabody for you, your spouse, or dependents) Career growth opportunities and mentorship at a nationally recognized institution The chance to help re-shape the future of autism and neurodevelopmental care Who We’re Looking For
