Overview

This role can sit anywhere in the US as long as it is near an Accenture Corporate Office. Accenture is building a transformational digital engineering and manufacturing practice in Industry X, combining digital capabilities with deep engineering and manufacturing expertise to help clients reimagine products and how they are made. Industry X uses data and digital solutions to improve productivity, growth, and sustainability across product design, sourcing, manufacturing, service, and renewal. You are an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager ready to take on new challenges as industries move toward Factory Digitalization, with MES at the center of manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Design, author, develop, and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR). Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment. Document MES configuration and validate EBRs. Work closely with business management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions. Document and analyze business information needs and ensure solutions meet GxP standards. Respond to requests for client proposals. Manage and develop client relationships.

Job Requirements

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience.

Set Yourself Apart

Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items. Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes. Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies.

Role location is listed with annual salary ranges per state. Examples include: California $94,400 to $266,300; Colorado $94,400 to $230,000; District of Columbia $100,500 to $245,000; Illinois $87,400 to $230,000; Minnesota $94,400 to $230,000; Maryland $94,400 to $230,000; New York/New Jersey $87,400 to $266,300; Washington $100,500 to $245,000.
