Provide financial modeling and process ownership of Short- and Long-Term Financial Planning, including model creation, consolidation of results, and overall coordination of the process. Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights Partner with business leadership to assess the financial implications of ongoing efforts to grow the organization Develop presentations to communicate business and analysis results to senior leadership audiences Financial analysis & reporting: Accurately analyze and explain key cost drivers and monthly variances, suggest actions to the business, and manage the regular reporting process Budgeting, forecasting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management Executive business presentations: Assist in development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences; clearly articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teams Ad-hoc requests and special projects Independently manage, prioritize, and delegate tasks Manage and develop associates Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 7 years’ experience in financial analysis At least 7 years’ experience with financial modeling Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license 9+ years’ experience in financial analysis 9+ years’ experience with financial modeling 3+ years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function 1+ years of people management experience This role is not sponsoring new applicants for employment authorization at this time. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. This information applies to candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations. McLean, VA: $170,800 - $194,900 for Sr Manager, Financial Analysis Richmond, VA: $155,300 - $177,200 for Sr Manager, Financial Analysis Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location; the actual offer will be in the offer letter. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI), discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
