Overview
Clinical Program Director - Behavioral Health at OCD Anxiety Centers. You will serve as the facility authority, ensuring the safe and effective implementation of direct care policies, procedures, and treatment protocols. You\'ll lead your team with integrity, foster a culture of teamwork and achievement, and oversee the clinical and operational aspects of the program. Responsibilities
Effective ownership, oversight, and management of clinical, administrative, and facility functions while contributing to quarterly and fiscal goals for the facility. Ensure the facility meets or exceeds compliance standards and adheres to policies and procedures. Provide supervision to clinicians and oversight for clinical assistants. Perform mental health assessments, including differential diagnosis, planning, organizing, and implementing treatment plans for group settings, coordination of treatment, and individual psychotherapy using evidence-based protocols. Execute facility projects based on executive directives, goals, budgets, and timelines. Requirements
Master\'s degree or higher in a related field. Current and unrestricted state licensure. 5+ years of experience in mental health management. Proficiency in clinical modalities and computer skills. Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual. Experience with OCD and Anxiety Treatment. Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation: Base salary starting at $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience and licensure) plus a quarterly bonus program.
