Overview
Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) - Adults Only at W3Global Location: Hollywood Area, Los Angeles, CA. Schedule: Mon-Fri, with option for a 4-day week using 12-hour shifts. Hours: Clinic open 8 AM–8 PM; evening shifts available. Patient load: approximately 22 patients per day with 20-minute appointments. Supported by Medical Assistants (100% back office) and nursing staff. EMR: EPIC. NHSC Approved. Responsibilities
Provide primary care to adult patients (adults only; no pediatrics or women’s health). Manage patient visits, document in EPIC, and coordinate care with the care team. Collaborate with medical assistants and nursing staff to support clinic operations. Qualifications
MD/DO; board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. California license & DEA (or ability to obtain). Commitment to patient-centered care for underserved adults. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + incentive bonus program. Annual performance reviews and salary increases. No-cost medical, dental, vision, life & LTD coverage. Paid malpractice insurance, license renewals, and CME allowance. 403(b) retirement plan with employer match. Tuition reimbursement & loan forgiveness eligibility (up to $50K).
