Laundry Manager - Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hilton San Francisco Union Square is seeking a Laundry Manager to lead the Laundry team. The property features 1,921 rooms, 134,500 square feet of banquet space, and multiple outlets, and is located in downtown San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $105,000. Responsibilities
Directs laundry and/or uniform staff to ensure a constant supply of clean, quality linens and/or uniforms for the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Ensures laundry facility and equipment are in optimum operating condition and in full compliance with OSHA requirements and guidelines. Manages departmental financial processes of forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, payroll and inventory control. Qualifications
Four years of experience working in a housekeeping department. Two years of laundry operations experience is required. At least one year of management experience is required. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Bilingual in languages other than English is a plus. Union experience is preferred. What we offer
