Technology M&A Investment Banking Vice President – Menlo Park, CA. Base pay range: $250,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr. The successful candidate will join the Technology M&A Investment Banking team and work with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts, defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions. You will work closely with professionals across the firm to deliver high quality advice and play an important role on a team that encourages creative thinking beyond the numbers. Responsibilities

Work on a wide range of complex transactions (e.g., acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, recapitalizations, LBOs, defenses against unsolicited takeovers) within the Technology M&A Investment Banking group. Collaborate with regional and international clients and internal teams to deliver high quality advisory services and execution of transactions. Contribute to deal analysis, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications

6+ years of experience in investment banking with a proven track record on complex executed deals. Experience in the technology industry and with public M&A deals is preferred. Highly motivated with strong commitment to hard work. Strong analytical, corporate finance, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA designation is a plus. Series licensing required or must be obtained. Expected base pay rates for the role are between $250,000 and $275,000 per year at the start of employment. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and may be supplemented by additional compensation depending on the position. Equal Employment Opportunity
