Join Airtable as a Strategic Finance Analyst. Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate critical business processes. Airtable serves more than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, to transform how work gets done. This role focuses on topline forecasting, planning, and analysis for the Enterprise business. You’ll partner with GTM, RevOps, and Finance leaders, own critical revenue models, and deliver insights that inform executive and board-level decisions. This is an opportunity to move from transactional work to an operator role with real impact. What You’ll Do
Build and maintain bottoms-up revenue forecasting models for Enterprise bookings, churn, and expansion Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages with clear variance analysis for GTM leadership and Finance Support the annual planning cycle by owning revenue-related inputs and scenario modeling for Enterprise GTM Partner with RevOps and Sales Strategy to ensure bookings, pipeline, and headcount assumptions align with forecasts Contribute analyses for executive and board-level reviews, with emphasis on topline performance Produce dashboards and automated analytics for real-time visibility into key Enterprise topline metrics Document and improve repeatable processes that scale beyond a single person Who You Are
2–3 years’ experience in investment banking (TMT or SaaS coverage preferred) Exposure to SaaS business models and enterprise sales dynamics Advanced financial modeling skills (driver-based revenue models, scenario planning) Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, churn, CAC, NDR/NRR) Analytical rigor with ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights Clear written and verbal communication skills for senior and non-finance stakeholders Comfortable in ambiguous, high-growth environments with shifting priorities Familiarity with Salesforce, Pigment, or Looker SQL or BI tool skills for deeper data analysis Experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance at a SaaS company Prior exposure to GTM forecasting or pipeline analytics Equal Opportunity and Benefits

For all other locations (including remote), the base salary range is $122,000 - $160,000 USD.
