Overview
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager assists in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store to ensure maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Assist in managing guest services to maximize sales and profitability. Develop staff and ensure effective merchandising and inventory control. Control expenses and shrinkage; monitor store operations to meet goals. Qualifications
Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule. 8+ hours of standing and walking; ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Details
