Overview

Director, US Pricing & Access Analytics at Grifols. The Director will develop and apply advanced analytical techniques to inform pricing, contracting and access decisions across the Grifols Biopharma portfolio. This role will drive quantitative insights and tools, strategic modeling, and scenario planning to support pricing execution, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization aligned with Biopharma and brand strategy. Responsibilities

Work closely with Value, Access and Pricing, Brand, and Finance teams to integrate analytical insights into strategic initiatives, support decision-making, and align financial planning and forecasting. Support development of pricing & contracting strategies that maintain access, manage reimbursement rates, and optimize gross-to-net across the product portfolio while remaining competitive. Develop and implement advanced analytics models to drive insights into customer behavior, market trends, and product performance, using techniques such as predictive modeling and statistical analytics. Build pricing and contracting models and conduct scenario planning (rebates, WAC/ASP deltas, share shifts). Track win/loss trends to refine pricing and contracting strategies and provide insights, with adjustments recommended based on data trends. Model impacts from changes in reimbursement pricing, formulas, contracting and competitive scenarios, rebate forecasts, evolving government legislation, and business case rationale. Support contract negotiations with ROI and access impact analysis ensuring pricing aligns with customer-specific needs and internal profitability targets. Lead dashboard and report development and business review analytics to measure, track, and quantify changes in payer/brand business segments and competitor patterns. Monitor and analyze industry, payer and customer trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions; conduct competitor benchmarking to refine internal pricing models and identify market gaps. Provide strategic insights to leadership. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Deep understanding of the US payer and market access environment and reimbursement methodologies. Direct experience in immunology/respiratory and/or similar rare chronic diseases (e.g., Hemophilia, HIV, Oncology, Vaccines) with knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing, payers' controls and reimbursement dynamics. Experience analyzing and modeling the impact of competitor actions, customer buying patterns, evolving government legislation, and market trends; ability to provide rationale for company positions. Excellent analytical, business strategy and quantitative analysis skills. Advanced modeling skills including development of financial models and the ability to communicate implications to management. Education

Bachelor's degree required. MBA and/or CPA preferred. Experience

15+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology pricing and contracting, with direct experience with pharmaceuticals covered under pharmacy and medical benefits, or 12 years with a Master’s, or 8 years with a Ph.D.; or equivalent experience. Directly related experience or a combination of related education and experience may be considered in place of stated requirements. Work is performed in an office environment with standard duties and travel as required. May include travel within the United States. EEO Statement
