Manager, Product Manager - Customer Services & Strategy (US Card). Product Management at Capital One is a dynamic field focused on reimagining the status quo, identifying value creation opportunities, and delivering innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. The US Card Customer Services & Strategy team has openings across the Recoveries Product, Collections Product, Fraud Product, Enterprise Platform Product, and Servicing Product spaces. Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in five foundational areas of Product management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership. Lead cross‑functional teams to reimagine product solutions that meet internal and external customer needs and drive organizational alignment. Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with the expectation that the degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a related quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products. Additional Information

The role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). The salary ranges listed are location-specific and apply to full-time, on-site work. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. Locations and salary ranges include: Chicago, IL ($144,000 - $164,400); McLean, VA ($158,400 - $180,800); New York, NY ($172,800 - $197,200); Richmond, VA ($144,000 - $164,400).
