Principal Program Cost Control Analyst (PCA)
based in
San Diego, CA . This position may be hybrid from the San Diego area and offers a 9/80 schedule. What You’ll Get To Do
The
PCA
will support the
Networked Information Solutions Division . The analyst will partner with program stakeholders to create and analyze reports, work on invoicing opportunities, and assist with monthly/quarterly tasks such as EACs, IPRS, and Financial Forecasts. Interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs), and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements. Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/assessment, and visibility reports; develop and analyze estimates to complete. Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines. Maintain accurate records of expenditures, direct expenditure projections, and timely funding requests to the government. Support audits and reviews as requested by programs, customers, and management; support Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan; prepare financial inputs to internal reports and presentations (IPRS, Dashboards, BARs, etc.). Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience OR Master’s degree with 3 years of related professional experience; 9 years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree Experience with Earned Value Management Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis Strong PC skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or related field Experience with COBRA, COGNOS, SAP Current, active DoD Secret security clearance What We Can Offer You

Salary info: Primary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00. The salary range is a general guideline; actual offers depend on scope, responsibilities, experience, and market conditions.
