Director, Client Development Digital Transformation Join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team and lead digital transformation across the firm’s client development function. This high-impact leadership role collaborates with senior leaders to modernize core client development capabilities, embed AI and emerging technologies, and rewire operational processes to enable scalable growth and a differentiated client experience. What You Will Do

Partner with the Chief Client Development Relationship Officer and MD, Strategy & Transformation to define and execute a bold transformation roadmap aligned to firm growth priorities. Lead cross-functional programs that modernize client development capabilities, including CRM, relationship intelligence, pitch/pursuit, and campaign/event management platforms, to enhance the client journey. Scan and monitor emerging trends and technologies—including AI-enabled solutions—and lead the selection, piloting, and scale-up of innovations that enhance client targeting, engagement, and service delivery. Drive adoption across the firm by integrating change management best practices and aligning technology initiatives with strategic client development goals. Build and execute agile approaches for process optimization, technology enablement, and operational improvements in support of client development objectives. Collaborate with Marketing Technology, Knowledge Management, and Practice Management to ensure alignment and integration across systems and data. Foster a culture of agility, enabling rapid decision-making, iterative improvements, and adaptive execution across the CD function. Facilitate collaboration across partners, practices, and business units to deliver a seamless and coordinated client experience. Define KPIs and success measures, track progress, and report outcomes to leadership. Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, synthesizing insights and progress into compelling narratives. Lead, mentor, and develop a team to execute transformation initiatives with high quality and impact. Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of client development/business development experience in a professional services environment. Proven success in executing complex, high-visibility digital transformations. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AI and client intelligence tools, data visualization platforms, cloud platforms, and related business development technologies. Extensive client development experience in professional services. Experience leading digital transformation and large-scale change initiatives. Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and change management acumen, with experience influencing adoption across senior leadership, partners, and business teams. Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital marketing technologies. Experience optimizing CD tech stacks (CRM, pitch/pursuit, campaign management, etc.). Process-driven with a track record of operationalizing improvements that deliver measurable outcomes. Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs. Ability to leverage data, analytics, and insights to guide decisions and measure success. High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position is eligible for overtime: No The Target Salary Range For This Position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: $200,000.00 - $260,000.00
