About The Role
Uber Eats is looking for a consumer product leader to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Senior Product Manager on Web, you will be responsible for driving the growth of users discovering and engaging with Uber Eats on this platform. You\'ll drive the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the Web platform and identify opportunities to better engage and convert these users. You\'ll partner closely with teams across Eats, including Performance Marketing, to build a best-in-class Web experience. What The Candidate Will Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Data Science, Engineering and Ops, to identify growth opportunities, develop product initiatives, and implement data-driven experiments to improve key growth metrics Effectively present and communicate strategy, implementation, and growth plans to various collaborators ranging from business audiences to senior leadership Distill the vision and strategy for the team to generate enthusiasm across cross-functional partners and executive leadership Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent delivering on operational, product, and program objectives Basic Qualifications
Product: 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering successful and innovative products with experience in systems thinking, analytics and experiment design; solid understanding of software development processes and concepts Leadership: Experience setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, with accountability for outcomes Customer obsession: Ability to tackle complex product challenges and find elegant, simple solutions for users A Driver mindset: Action-oriented, collaborative, able to disambiguate/simplify, and focused on clarity and delivery High bar across the board: Desire to grow and improve continuously Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or similar Prior web product experience Experience building and leading scaled businesses with ownership and optimization of business performance metrics Passion for Uber\'s mission and the company\'s hybrid technology/operations nature For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber\'s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award and other types of compensation. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
