Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production. Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary. Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (Required). Bar license to practice in Georgia (Required) or pending Georgia bar exam results. 1-5 years of practice experience; prior insurance defense encouraged (Preferred). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; ability to work autonomously and in a team. What We’re Looking For
