Base pay range: $320,000.00/yr - $320,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Design, strategize, and launch a new OB/GYN residency program Develop an educational curriculum Monitor and follow up on residency performance indicators Strengthen teaching skills of existing staff and prepare for transition to roles as educators Foster the academic and professional development of residents Manage clinical scheduling of residents and monitor residents’ duty hours, as required by ACGME regulation Maintain current knowledge of and compliance with the ACGME Program Requirements Oversee administration and educational activities Direct supervision of all program residents and program staff Provide direct patient care outside of resident program panels, as required Seniority level
