Senior Director, Creative Lab role at Ovative Group. Ovative Group is an independent, full-funnel media, measurement, and creative firm. Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, motion graphics specialists, copywriters, project managers, and strategists. Architect talent and partnership strategies across internal resources, freelance partnerships, and third-party collaborations. Foster a culture of modern making where ideas, technology, and culturally relevant content transform brands and drive client results. Drive organizational evolution through thought leadership, coaching, and inspiring new creative capabilities. Recruit, mentor, and grow high-impact talent and cultivate a network of creative partners as the offering expands. Manage P&L and financial accountability for the team. Creative Leadership: Lead strategic client relationships, encouraging clients to embrace ideas that expand their brand’s possibilities. Drive creative thinking that blends strategy with modern, boundary-breaking execution across varied production contexts, and ensure seamless client delivery. Engage clients and stakeholders through narratives that showcase Ovative’s integrated creative, media, and measurement capabilities. Spearhead integration of AI and creative technology to accelerate innovation. Blend visionary leadership with hands-on creativity and drive efficiency and tool modernization where needed. Business Development & Thought Leadership: Represent Ovative as a thought leader in creative, contributing to industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with business development, client services, and internal teams to identify and pursue new opportunities, leading unified pitches that demonstrate how Ovative can drive growth for both new and existing clients. Qualifications
10+ years leading creative teams and driving integrated creative direction across advertising forms (brand, promotion, retail, etc.), with solid digital landscape knowledge. Proven experience in managing direct reports and cross-functional collaboration, building high-value teams and evolving service offerings. Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through unified creative solutions, AI/technology integration, and modern creative practices. Advanced communication and client management skills, including alignment and growth with external partners. Deep passion for innovative creative practices including social, video, AI-driven workflows, and creator strategy. Benefits
