The role focuses on managing high-net-worth client relationships, delivering holistic financial planning, and contributing to the firm’s growth through business development and team leadership. You will serve as a trusted partner offering guidance in investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and retirement planning, while working with a team to deliver an exceptional client experience. The role may involve expanding existing relationships, developing new business, and potentially overseeing a support team, either with the advisor’s existing group or one built in partnership with the firm. You will also contribute to growth through effective time spent with clients, prospects, centers of influence, and community engagement. Responsibilities

Drive business development through client referrals, strategic networking, and community engagement. Onboard and cultivate high-net-worth client relationships with care and professionalism. Deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions including financial planning, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning coordination. Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, ensuring personalized, proactive, and integrated advice aligned with client goals; engage the next generation of clients to solidify and extend relationships for the long term. Lead and oversee a support team—either an existing group brought with the advisor or one built in partnership with the firm. Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver a seamless, full-service client experience. Maintain fiduciary standards, integrity, and client confidentiality; comply with firm and regulatory requirements. Analyze, draft, edit, and deliver comprehensive financial plans to clients; evaluate prospective clients’ portfolios in conjunction with introducing them to the firm. Manage client communications, coordinate with other client financial partners, and follow up with clients’ other advisors. Ensure adherence to company standards for net new asset growth and retention; participate in company workshops or lectures when called upon. Education, Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related); master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of ten years of client-facing experience ( wealth management, financial planning, or tax ) with deep knowledge of investments, retirement, and estate strategies. CFP credential required or an advanced degree such as master’s in financial planning or tax. Other credentials considered: CPA, ChFC, PFS, CFA, CIC. Experience using financial planning tools such as eMoney or similar platforms. Sales aptitude and experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills. Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments. Demonstrated humility, entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking collaboration, and a positive attitude. Strong computer proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn quickly.
