The Director of Partner Channel Sales will align and integrate channel sales to generate revenue. The role focuses on generating new business through building a reseller and referral partner network and leading a hands-on team.
Responsibilities
Drive partnership growth by onboarding, managing, and expanding revenue with partners. Develop and communicate channel sales growth strategies in collaboration with the SVP of Partner Channel Sales, CRO, and CEO; represent the company at tradeshows and engage prospects with compelling presentations. Ignite market interest by creating and executing dynamic programs, events, and campaigns that capture partners’ customers and fuel demand. Be a proactive growth-focused leader with a passion for shaping the future of channel sales through relationship-building and innovative strategies. Optimize revenue generation by refining value propositions, streamlining sales and marketing processes, and driving improvements across all partner channels. Collaborate with direct sales, insurance, customer success, and product teams to unify efforts and accelerate results. Maintain strong cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution and deliver an exceptional partner and customer experience. Monitor and maximize channel sales leads to uncover new revenue streams and expansion opportunities. Influence pricing strategy in cross-collaboration discussions to ensure profitability and competitive advantage. Stay informed on industry shifts, global markets, competitor moves, and partner opportunities. Become a trusted advisor by understanding each strategic partner’s business drivers. Contribute insights to strategic and business planning to shape the direction of channel sales and partnerships.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Deep understanding of commercial insurance programs strongly preferred 10-15 years of proven success in channel sales
