Overview
The Lead Windows Administrator oversees endpoint management and IT workflows, ensuring a secure and seamless end-user experience. This role leads patch management, software deployment, encryption, and automation activities to maintain system integrity and performance. Salary: $75K-140K Duties and Responsibilities
Lead patch management and ensure thorough testing of patches. Monitor and address security vulnerabilities. Optimize IT workflows using automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, SCCM, and Intune. Be onsite at the Fairchild Building in Washington, DC five days per week. Basic Qualifications (Required)
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Windows administration. CompTIA A+, MCSE, or equivalent certification. Expert-level experience in Windows support, imaging, patch management, and automation. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Strong understanding of security best practices. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune. Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions for Active Directory. About ActioNet
