As an Investment Management Solutions Sales Representative in the Americas, you will engage North American clients, focusing on existing accounts and new business growth, to meet revenue targets. Your responsibilities include working with Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Investment Management firms to promote the full suite of Refinitiv / LSEG products, primarily front office solutions. You will lead engagements with Buy-Side clients within your territory, collaborating closely with internal teams to drive sales and revenue.

This role reports to the Director of Sales in the Americas and is part of a team dedicated to customer engagement and delivering the full value of the London Stock Exchange Group.
Role Responsibilities
Structure, negotiate, and close deals, managing sales stages effectively and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as Account Managers.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify opportunities and meet targets, including new account acquisition and market penetration.
Conduct prospecting activities and collaborate with lead generation and account management teams.
Share industry insights and thought leadership with clients, building confidence through expertise and understanding client workflows for solution selling.
Deliver product demonstrations and tailor solutions to client workflows to maximize contract value.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, industry, or markets, with a focus on desktop solutions.
Proven success in a quota-bearing sales environment.
Deep understanding of financial markets and client workflows.
Excellent sales, relationship, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
Effective communication skills and executive presence.
Additional Information Compensation ranges from $140,200 to $233,800, with eligibility for variable incentives.
