SAP - Finance - Senior Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN at EY. This role involves leveraging SAP technology to improve client operations across EY’s SAP service lines (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors). The opportunity focuses on co-creating innovative SAP solutions with integrated competencies in tax, assurance, transactions and risk, from strategy to execution. Location: Anywhere in Country. On engagements, work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design of solutions. Translate business needs into technical solutions and complete configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Evaluate and understand complex business models, processes, and operations; translate business requirements into technical specifications for technical teams. Manage and oversee complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management; responsible for budget management, delivery, and performance of projects. Foster and manage client relationships and contribute to business growth through revenue generation and commercial management. Engage in thought leadership, identify sales and new opportunities, participate in client engagements from planning through closure, and manage engagement economics with a focus on chargeability and revenue generation. Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) 5-7 years of relevant SAP experience At least 3 years of experience with one or more SAP modules Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues (regulations, industry practices, new technologies) Willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience SAP certification(s) Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module What We Look For

EY offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a broad total rewards program. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100; for NYC Metro Area, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento) it is $205,900 to $445,700. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Our benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options. We support a flexible hybrid model and encourage collaboration in person 40-60% of the time on engagements.
