About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Head of Sales to lead our growing team from our Bellevue, Washington office. This is an onsite, key leadership role where you’ll be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy and significantly contributing to our next phase of growth. You will scale a mature sales function by bringing greater structure, discipline, and outbound focus. You’ll own new business acquisition, act as executive sponsor on key deals, partner with leadership on account expansion strategy, and help drive growth in our self-service channel. This is a player/coach position: you’ll roll up your sleeves to close deals while building, motivating, and holding your team accountable. Responsibilities Strategy and GTM Develop and execute a strategic GTM focus across the sales team, including target verticals and account assignments. Optimize existing strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue. Partner with leadership to drive growth of the self-service channel alongside direct sales. Pipeline and Outbound Drive outbound pipeline generation and ensure prospecting KPIs are consistently achieved. Innovate on outbound strategies to expand reach and conversion. Lead regular pipeline and forecast meetings to maintain tempo, accountability, and forecasting accuracy. Deal Execution Act as executive sponsor for key deals—personally representing the company in high-stakes opportunities. Elevate sales professionalism and preparation through collaborative coaching; guide both individual and team deal strategy reviews. Build and enforce a sales process that drives consistency, repeatability, and results. Team Building and Performance Hire, ramp, and develop multiple Account Executives within the first year, fostering a high-performing sales team. Ensure quota attainment across the team, with performance measured against CMRR. About You Experience 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years managing a team. Proven success in SaaS sales leadership; API sales experience strongly preferred. Experience in identity data or adjacent industries is a strong plus. Skills Familiarity with technical solution selling; able to credibly engage with technical buyers and product stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and scale outbound-driven sales motions. Skilled at leading scrappy teams—comfortable introducing structure and discipline without bureaucracy. Leadership Style Extremely revenue-focused, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding quota. High-energy, driver-style leader who motivates through urgency, responsiveness, and example. A strong coach and mentor—develops people while holding them accountable. Trusted by customers, high integrity, and committed to long-term relationships over short-term wins. Travel expected approximately 25% of the time.
