Enterprise Solution Architect, Specialty GPO role at Cencora. The Specialty Group Purchasing Organization (SGPO) at Cencora supports community-based oncology and specialty practices through innovative technology solutions. Built on Salesforce Experience Cloud, SGPO’s ecosystem integrates with platforms like SAP ECC, Vistex, Databricks, and Reltio Master Data Management. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, reducing technical debt, and enhancing the GPOconnect platform to meet evolving market needs. Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Develop and maintain SGPO’s architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead discussions on future architecture direction and identify opportunities for improvement. Solution Design & Integration: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. Ensure seamless integration of SGPO systems with platforms like Salesforce, SAP ECC, Vistex, and Databricks. Optimize data flows for analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency. Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, and Business Analytics teams to deliver innovative solutions. Lead the development of tools to empower sales teams, automate processes, and improve operational efficiencies. Governance & Oversight: Participate in architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with standards. Provide strategic consultation to stakeholders, advising on risks, trade-offs, and technology priorities. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Equivalent experience in healthcare administration, GPO, or pharmacy is highly desirable. Typically has fifteen (15) or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment and systems lifecycle management. Ten (10) or more years in solution architecture with expertise in multi-platform environments. Three (3)+ years of experience in leading multiple, large, cross-functional projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Proven track record of designing and implementing cross-platform solutions. Technical Expertise

Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud, SAP ECC, Vistex, Databricks, and Reltio Master Data Management. Proficiency in API design, system integration, and data architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI workflows is a plus. Leadership & Communication

Strong ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. What Cencora offers

Salary Range:
