Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop the global manufacturing engineering function
Own and evolve the Kelvion Capex process, in close collaboration with finance
Develop and roll out manufacturing engineering strategy
Drive best practice sharing between plants
Define a clear multi year project portfolio, transforming Kelvion manufacturing in a world class efficient operation
Ensure execution of capex and improvement project
Define and monitor global manufacturing engineering and maintenance KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Ensure design for manufacturing trough our PDP (product development process) in collaboration with the Technology organisation
Lead manufacturing engineering and maintenance digitalization initiatives in collaboration with the IT organisation
Drive talent development and succession planning within the global manufacturing engineering and maintenance organization
Benchmark new manufacturing engineering technology together with the technology organization and define plans for implementation in Kelvion
Your profile
Manufacturing engineering or technical degree preferred
Proven track record in leading global manufacturing engineering organizations
5-10 years experience in a similar role in an international manufacturing business environment
Operational leadership in a global organization preferred
Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes (multi product one piece flow lines, welding, brazing, machining, assembly, product handling)
Deep knowledge of operational processes, including lean principles, MES, scheduling etc
Affinity with new technology
Experience in capex leadership and ability to drive progress
Strong leadership, intercultural awareness, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration
Fluent in English and willingness to travel internationally
