Electrical Senior Project Engineer - Industrial in Baltimore. Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. Lead engineering design and execution on multi-discipline projects for industrial and manufacturing facilities, testing facilities, automotive and aerospace facilities, energy and utility facilities, and plant improvement projects. Develop scope of work, conceptual design, detailed design, and execution plans; support proposals and client sales presentations. Perform Lead Engineer duties on multi-discipline projects and provide leadership, guidance, instruction, and mentorship to less experienced team members. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and individuals at all levels within an organization. Qualifications

BSEE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience). 10+ years of experience in the consulting engineering industry for process/manufacturing facilities, industrial facilities, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, or governmental facilities. Ability to develop scope of work, conceptual design, detailed design, and execution plans. Ability to support proposals and assist in client sales presentations. Professional Engineering License (PE) in one or more states. Advanced knowledge of power distribution systems, including medium voltage equipment (15kV–69kV+), fault and coordination studies, protection schemes, and relays. Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SKM Power Tools, ETAP, SmartPlant Electrical, or similar). Strong organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks; effective in individual and team environments. Benefits & Culture
