Uber's Global Scaled Solutions (GSS) organization drives capabilities including synthetic data collection and annotation, AI/ML acceleration, localization/internationalization, product testing, map editing, AI-driven customer support, digitization programs, and more. We are forming a dedicated commercial team to expand these offerings to large and medium-sized enterprises worldwide, aligning with Uber’s Seed the Future strategic priority. About The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive sales revenue growth and manage key enterprise accounts within Uber GSS. You will shape strategy, scale market presence, and lead go-to-market efforts for GSS solutions, collaborating with a technology organization to impact Uber’s success. You will work with geographically diverse teams and report to the Head of GSS Sales. Responsibilities include aligning territory strategies, revenue objectives, and KPIs, ensuring delivery of customer expectations, and consistently surpassing revenue targets. You will build and nurture relationships with enterprise customers, articulate value propositions of GSS capabilities, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and your network. What You'll Do
Identify and target key customer segments, industries, and areas for revenue generation Identify and secure new enterprise customers, establishing relationships with decision makers and influencers, understanding needs, and mapping to GSS products/solutions Meet revenue targets and pursue opportunities to drive GSS impact Explore opportunities for alternative go-to-market strategies Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, problem solving, and high standards Conduct executive meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls as required Strategically partner with account management, implementation, strategy, finance, operations, and broader GSS team Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team Contribute to refining Uber GSS offerings based on customer feedback and market insights; work with internal product teams to shape the product roadmap Represent GSS at regional conferences and events Develop new ways of working and scalable pitch narratives; collaborate across the global team Basic Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience (minimum 4 years in a full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching & closing) in a technology environment 1+ years of experience selling data labeling/annotation, language services, and/or quality/testing OR B2B sales experience at Uber Experience selling new products or in new markets Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of sales experience (minimum 4 years in a full sales cycle) in a technology environment (SaaS, Tech Services, Tech Solutions, etc.) Experience selling tech offerings similar to data labeling/annotation, language services, and quality/testing Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment Experience accelerating sales cycles from quarters to months Strong Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for reporting and data analysis Revenue/forecasting experience Training in Challenger Sales Methodology (or similar) Proven track record of building and managing a multi-million dollar business Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills Demonstrated success in challenging market conditions during ongoing product development For Chicago, IL; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA-based roles: base salary ranges are specified in the job posting.
