The Account Data & AI Lead Senior Manager will provide thought leadership in technology strategy, assessments, and delivery. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong team and client relationships. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who grasps the Data & AI work across the needs and expectations of the Federal Government. This role will drive measurable outcomes for our clients while growing a team of technical professionals and driving adoption of AI technologies and software applications. Responsibilities
Ensure consistent approach to and delivery of data & AI work across the account Provide VA subject matter expertise to contribute to contract delivery and growth opportunities Act as liaison between account and Data & AI practice Manage large-scale IT programs specializing in Data and AI and business intelligence solutions Deliver high-value projects and lead cross-functional teams Qualifications
10+ years of industry experience Experience leading Data and/or AI efforts Experience working across multiple groups within an organization to drive a business or client outcome Experience leading large IT programs/projects Technical background or degree preferred Bonus Points If
Experience working with Military Health preferred Executive level communication Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment The Extras
US Citizenship The ability to obtain or maintain a government clearance may be required for this role As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles varies based on location, role, skill set and experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no fixed deadline to apply.
