As a Licensing & Permitting Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and obtaining necessary licenses and permits for our projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to navigate the complex landscape of permitting processes and facilitate project success. This role could be based in our Warren, Wall or Cherry Hill, NJ offices and is an on-site position with a possibility of being hybrid. Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end process of obtaining licenses, permits, and approvals for development projects. Conduct thorough reviews of project plans and regulatory requirements to identify necessary permits and ensure compliance. Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate smooth permitting processes. Coordinate with project teams to integrate permitting requirements into project schedules and budgets. Prepare and submit environmental permit applications, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory reports. Prepare various development applications including site plans, variance requests, municipal permits, and construction permits. Monitor permit statuses and address any issues or delays promptly. Stay abreast of changes in regulations and advise internal teams and clients accordingly. Proposal preparation and determination of associated staffing requirements. Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, urban planning, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental land-use permitting and project management. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks and permitting processes. Proven track record of successfully obtaining permits for development projects. Detail-oriented with organization and prioritization skills to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Strong verbal and written skills. Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, CEP). Experience working with regulatory agencies (NJDEP, SCD Districts, NJDCA, etc.) in New Jersey. Familiarity with Land Use/Development regulations. Familiarity with UCC construction applications. What We Offer
