Board Certified
or
Board Eligible
Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with completion of a spine fellowship. The candidate will be primarily responsible for the evaluation and surgical management of spinal injuries. Experience is preferred; however, new graduates will be considered.

Minimum Requirements Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes, plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

Board certified or Board Eligible in the specified area of medical specialty
Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification
