Facility Information TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center's Century Farms Free-Standing Emergency Department has 11 beds, a trauma room, and onsite imaging and labs. It is anticipated the department will see approximately 15,000 annual ED visits. Serving our South Nashville community for more than 40 years, TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center is a 136-bed comprehensive facility offering a wide range of acute care services. Our specialties include cardiology, bariatric surgery, diagnostic imaging, emergency, orthopedics, spine, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical services and wound care.
