30% Brand: Provide supervision and direction to associates to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards (merchandising, planograms, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc.) are met. Act as the main point of contact to resolve customer issues and concerns. Analyze store trends and anticipate customer demands. 30% People: Hire, train, and develop teams to achieve positive results. Actively recruit to build a network of external candidates. Identify strengths and opportunities for each associate and coach or counsel accordingly. Enforce Company policies and expectations; maintain positive associate relations and timely communication with Store Manager, AM/DM. Foster diversity, inclusion and belonging. 30% Operations: Ensure execution of all company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement. Utilize digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS). Store operations: Manage inventory through ordering and shipment processing. Manage payroll hours, scheduling, and ensure store openings and closings are performed correctly. Implement Company directives and assignments. 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment; follow and enforce policies. Protect company assets by following inventory and cash control procedures related to shrink, damages, banking, etc. Use available reporting, tools and technology. Ensure stores are compliant with all HAZMAT training and execution. Knowledge, Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred. At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred. Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives. Effective communication with team and management. Scheduling availability to meet business needs. Cosmetology license desirable, but not required. Competencies
