5 Surgeons + 1 Non-Operative Ortho & Sports Medicine Physician
8 clinic locations in North Mississippi
Brand-new 25,000 sq ft orthopaedic center opening Fall 2025
Fully equipped with 28 exam rooms, procedure rooms, walk-in urgent care & 5,000 sq ft PT gym
Advanced surgical care at Oxford Surgery Center with robotic technology completed in 2025
Backed by a strong referral network and high patient demand
ModMed EMR for streamlined workflows
No trauma call and a great work-life balance
What We Offer
Guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus as an Associate Physician
Additional pay for call
No buy-in required for partnership track after just 2 years
Residency/Fellowship stipend available for those still in training
Full business and operations support from U.S. Orthopaedic Partners (USOP)
Access to mentorship and best practices across a growing network of 250+ providers including Andrews Sports Medicine and Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgery
Eligible for or holding a valid Mississippi medical license
