ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Conduct clinical and translational research training in the field of dermatology. Participate in intra and interdepartmental conferences. Interact with multiple attendings with similar research interests, aid in preparation of abstracts and manuscripts which may lead to opportunities to present or publish scholarly work. Work with the Principal Investigator to formulate research plans, coordinating project activities, and establishing appropriate reporting procedures. Make modifications to research procedures in collaboration with the Principal Investigator. Confer with the Principal Investigator regarding results obtained and receive suggestions for modification to procedures and/or interpretation of final data. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should be a graduate of an approved medical school, completed one-year of residency training, and hold a permanent Texas Medical License.
