Loyola Medicine at Gottlieb Hospital is seeking applications for a full-time gastroenterology hospitalist. The hospital is community-based, located in Melrose Park, IL, with two GI suites equipped with anesthesia. The candidate will work on a 7-day on/7-day off hospitalist schedule, with inpatient rounding supported by advanced practice providers. A GI Olympus upgrade is underway. The role involves working within a large academic medical center, with no outpatient clinics required. Interventional skills (EUS/ERCP) are not necessary. Candidates should be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology and hold an Illinois license at appointment.
